“Government of Canada announces funding for research to further protect Canadians from the H1N1 flu virus”

A joint news release from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Public Health Agency of Canada 5 June 2009

“The Public Health Agency of Canada and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research are providing an additional $2.7 million to the Influenza Research Network to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the pandemic vaccine, as well as to monitor and evaluate vaccine implementation programs.” 27 August 2009
